Ganvas Eagles Statistics
Note: As with any real war these records are not absolute and 100% correct. Players were required to update all their pilots, dead or alive, to the Yahoo Groups databases, which requirement the most fulfilled but it’s know that particularly players that didn’t do well on the battlefront finally started to “forget” to update their data. So most what’s missing is the few “cannon fodder” pilots of lesser players. Unfortunately there are also some long time active players who didn’t update their info when the campaign ended. And almost certainly yours truly have made a mistake or two when calculating these statistics. Nevertheless the statistic are a very comprehensive presentation of the Canvas Eagles campaign fought.

The Players
Listed in the order of the most missions flown. In the parenthesis are the averages per pilot.
Antti – German
Backbone of German Imperial Air Force. At least in the sense the most missions flown. Actually missed only seven gaming session during the whole campaign.
Pilots: 26
Mission: 141 (7.38)
Kills: 34 (1.31)
Points: 6284 (241.69)
Janne L – German
Pilots: 34

Eino – French
Pilots: 29
Mission: 94 (4.52)
Kills: 13.5 (0.47)
Points: 3256 (112.28)
Aksu – French
The most persistent of us all. Kept gaming even his missions per pilot and kills per pilot ratio were rather dreadful. Many lesser men vanished without a trace from the campaign when their dreams of dominating the skies didn’t realize.
Pilots: 48
Mission: 87 (2.33)
Kills: 13.5 (0.28)
Points: 3060 (63.75)
Petri – Garman & French
His data his not unfortunately up to date. Missing are few pilots with only one or two missions (so too high missions and kills per pilot averages) as well as his best fighter pilot’s data in old. Despite the above he’s the true survivalist of the war if there is one. He kindly changed sides when the Allies needed some more men power.
Pilots: 8
Mission: 76 (11.3)
Kills: 25.5 (3.19)
Points: 3619 (452.38)
Samuli – German
The ace of the aces of this campaign. His daring style brought him many kills in short time while for the others the same kind of boldness resulted only crosses in the cemetery. It does pay off to know when to be aggressive and as with any game Samuli’s luck was unbeatable, too.
Pilots: 11
Mission: 69.5 (7.27)
Kills: 39.0 (3.55)
Points: 3878 (352.55)
Ville – French
Pilots: 10
Mission: 30 (3.20)
Kills: 5.0 (0.50)
Points: 990 (99.00)
Others(5) – French
This category is mostly likely to miss the numerous cannon fodder French 2-seaters as well as fighters. Sadly.
Pilots: 22
Mission: 30 (1.68)
Kills: 2.0 (0.09)
Points: 1291 (58.68)
Jere – Great Britain
Shame his data is not up to date either.

Life is unfair indeed – The 7 aces got 80.5(46.81%) of the 172 kills achieved during the campaign.
Just in case someone noticed the total number of pilots fluctuating in the tables, it’s because missing data in pilot database.
